I have used enough cheap wireless chargers in my life to know I didn't want one in my home. Given my past fantastic experience with Peak Design products, I expected nothing less than function, style, and longevity rolled together. This product didn't disappoint. It's sturdy, well designed, and I suspect will last decades. The hinge holds its position well, the product has just the right amount of weight to hold the phone steady without being heavy, and the magnet holds the phone securely without making it hard to remove.Pros:SturdyStylishYou get what you pay for - the best wireless charger on the marketCons:You get what you pay for - it's not cheap. Another Peak Design home run! This is another example of a well thought out, well engineered product of peak design! Works outstanding, well made and looks very nice! Just what you'd expect from Peak Design!

I like the ease of use and the size works great at home and for travel.

I use this every single day! I love that I can use it to charge my phone or just use it as a general stand. The magnet works best with a matching peak design case, but works pretty well with my iPhone, too. With the peak design case, the magnetic connection is very strong and I don’t feel like there is a risk of accidental disconnection when I bump it. It’s lightweight, compact, sturdy, and easy to use! Love the USB-C connector port instead of some other niche cable connection. I bring this to school with me so I can just set my phone upright next to my computer in lectures. I use the speech to text software a lot for lectures, so this is particularly useful. I also use the Forest app (pomodoro-style timer) while I work and having it right in front of me while I work has been nice. I just toss it into a side pocket on my bag, it fits just about anywhere with the slender design. 10/10 would buy again if I had to. Peak design also guarantees their products for life and they are a carbon neutral company, so bonus points to them!

This is the perfect nightstand phone charger. My iPhone 14 Pro attaches easily without much effort to find the right spot. The all metal construction gives it a good weight and the grippy pads on the bottom help it mostly stay put. The metal also seems to act as a heat sink, keeping the phone and charger from getting warm. The hinge adjusts to basically any angle, including past 90° where the whole things tips over. If you have MagSafe compatible Apple AirPods they'll easily attach and charge, even while the stand is at (nearly) 90°.

I bought a Pixel 8 Pro earlier this year, and I ended up going with a Peak Design Everyday case because it seemed like their product line had a lot of interesting functionality.I've been looking for a wireless charging dock so I can plop my phone on it at night - and grab it quietly without having to worry about waking the wife if I get insomnia, which happens every so often. My first choice was the Pixel Stand 2.I found out how poorly designed it really is; it simply refused to charge at all with my Everyday case on the phone, and you have to go through an "onboarding" process just to get access to decent charging speeds. That last one is a killer. Google has been known to kill its products, so that means if they decide to kill the Pixel Stand, you'll be left with a largely useless hunk of cheap plastic. No thanks!This mobile charger is everything that the Pixel Stand should have been - for the most part. From the moment you take it out of the box, you can tell that it's built to last. It's a little wider than I thought it would be from the pictures, but that's okay - it makes for better stability. I can plop my Pixel 8 Pro on, and it charges very quickly. Not sure about the other guy who said he couldn't get his P8P to connect.It's expensive - in fact, I only bought it because Peak was having a rare Black Friday sale - but it's definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

The build quality is exceptional and the design is clean and functional. As another reviewer pointed out, it is pretty heavy, but that adds to its appeal for me. However, it folds down to nothing, so I'm still planning to throw it in my roll-on bag whenever I travel. As long as you don't need to charge multiple devices simultaneously, do yourself a favor and get it!

I have the peak design magsafe case so I was hoping this would work effortlessly. The first night looked promising when it grabbed it and said it was charging adaptively like it does with the pixel stand. Next morning I awake to only 50% with the phone no longer charging. I have tried it during the day to see if it can do fast charging during the day but it also stops working shortly after it starts. The AC to USB c adapter I am using is rated for 65 watts and works well with pixel stand and directly plugged into phone.
