Very good for sugar level control

More expensive than loose powder, but far more palatable. That loose powder is revolting. Stuff works for me. Herbal stuff seems to have considerable variation in efficacy, so YMMV.

Terrific product in keeping blood sugar in check

I was using berberine for the past 2 years to control pre-diabetes. Recently my blood glucose was getting high so I changed up to using gymnema instead. I took it for 1 month and unfortunately, did not work for me. The reason I also stopped was the annoying headaches I would have throughout the day and upset stomach ocassionally. I went back to the berberine again. My results are my own and possibly gymnema might work for others.
