Arrived in damaged packaging.
Product's packaging was damaged on arrival. It had obviously been opened and then re-sealed with clear tape, implying that it was probably an item returned by a previous customer.The were no instructions for assembly. The components bag was torn and extremely dirty.There were only 21 nuts, out of presumably 28.There were only 27 bolts, again presumably out of 28.This is most unimpressive and irritating!
