Purchased for my 89 year old mother in assisted living facility. She absolutely loves it. The massage works great and the heated seating helps her stay warm and helps her muscles feel better.Excellent buy and recommend if you are looking for a good chair for senior citizens.

I researched many lift chairs before selecting this one and overall it was a good choice. The chair arrives in two large boxes. The first box arrived on the scheduled date, but the box was badly damaged and partially open -- I'm surprised Fed Ex even delivered it. That first box is about 40 pounds so between the weight and large, damaged box, it was difficult to get into the house. I was very worried that the motors had been damaged and there was no way of checking until the second box arrived. Surprisingly, the second box arrived the very next day and was in great condition. I assembled the chair myself and it took only about 15 minutes. It will be very helpful to have two people for the asssembly as it's difficult for one person to hold the chair part and slide the metal pieces together -- difficult but not impossible! Connecting the electrical cords is very easy as they are all color coded. However, check to see if any of the ends are oval shaped rather than round as it may have gotten crimped during shipment as mine did. It's an easy fix -- gently squeeze the oval back into a round shape or the two ends will never connect.The chair is fairly comfortable but it is definitely not for a tall person, that is anyone over 5'9". My husband is 6' and just barely fits in the chair. The headrest could not accommodate anyone over 6'. So far everything works fine, lift is quiet, heat & massage are nice features and it reclines about 160 degrees.

This recliner has heat and message and it is a great recliner for me. The quality is great and it does everything as advertised. Nice leather recliner and large arm rests and pockets for remote control for the chair and plug in for my phone. Very comfortable and easy to use and easy to assemble with no tools needed. Great recliner and will help stand me up.

The chair is reasonably comfortable, but it does not fully recline as shown in the photos. The photos show it laying flat. It never has done that. What it has done is made a lot of noise, squeaking sounds from the vibrating massage units. Two of those units worked there way out through the material and fell out of the footrest. Would not say that it is for a large person, I am not huge, but I just fit in it. There is no extra room. The headrest could use more padding, I have a pillow, a large bed pillow attached with a bungee cord to the headrest area. The vibrating function is accomplished with little mini vibrating units distributed throughout the chair. The ones in the seat of the chair worked their way to the top, they’ve come around the padding and are against the leather like material. It takes a little doing, but they can be manipulated back into place underneath the padding. The two vibrating units in the foot rest literally worked their way through the material on the underside of the foot rest, tore the material and came out. Had to use duct tape to resecure otherwise it would just be hanging the wires. This happened at about six months of use, too long past the return window. Had to stop using the chair because I couldn’t get the foot rest to go down. So it has been disassembled and is sitting in my Florida room. It’s totally useless and was a waste of money. The company wants me to send them a video of it not working. That makes no sense. What exactly is the video supposed to show a non-functioning chair? I’m seven years old and had a really hard time getting the base of the unit into the room to begin with, and then back out to the sunroom, and now I would have to drag it back into the living room and set it back up again. They keep giving me the runaround. I suppose it’s the old delay And deny tactic. I just want my money back and I feel like I’ve been taken advantage of. I could not recommend this company one star out of five, would give zero stars if possible.

First of all, the positives. This chair is very comfortable, and is just the right size (I'm 5'3"). The assembly was super easy.The negative for me (and I must have missed this in the website description) is that the up and down features of the recliner don't work independently of each other. In other words, if I push the "up" button, the back and the leg portion work together. I'm an online instructor and I like to work in my chair, which means I want to the back upright but the legs elevated. But as soon as the legs get elevated, the back starts to recline. Also, the back doesn't recline as much as I'd like it to for sleeping.Truthfully, I would return it if it was easier!

Bought a his and hers pair for the family/TV room. I bought it for the lift feature at 350 lbs. But they sleep so well, we don't even use our $7000 Sleep Number Bed upstairs!

I just received this today and I absolutely love it! I am purchasing this for my Dad and I want to keep it for myself. It is so comfortable and I was able to assemble it all by myself. It arrived in two boxes and I had it set up in less than 15 min. The directions were easy to understand. The lift feature goes so high I am practically standing by the time it gets to the top. The recline feature reclines easily so I can relax or take a nap. It is very comfortable and the material is nice so I think I will order a slip pad so I don’t wear down the leather material. I ordered a pad to go underneath which keeps the chair from damaging my wood floor. I hope to have a great review in a year that this is still working but from what I can see it’s a great chair!Update: So far after three months we still love this chair. The power feature is great and I especially love that it is easy to clean. Very comfortable chair, my Dad even took a nap sitting straight up!
