Q: Ours only came with 2 stainless steel supports, not 3. Where is the third? I don’t even see a spot in the packaging for it.

Hi, I’m really sorry your holder was packaged with only 2 supports. There should be 2 top supports on one side of the box and one top and the smaller rear support on the other. Please reach out to our support at optage email so we can send you another and try to make this right.
