These are great for keeping your ham, turkey, or chicken moist and flavorful. Also helps with keeping the pan clean.

My BIL recommended these after hosting thanksgiving dinner and I complimented how good the turkey was. I’m no slouch in the kitchen but I had always done the “helicopter parenting” style of roasting turkey to make sure it doesn’t get dry, which means you are basting constantly which lets heat out and the roasting takes longer. Game changer! After I got these I did test roast - SOOOOOO GOOD! I like to open bag for browning at last 15 - 20 mins. These are a game changer for a good turkey.

Back in 2021, I bought Reynolds oven cooking bags. There were only 2 bags in the box. The bags were to big. And the price for these bags wasn't like they are today in 2024. I found these on Amazon. They are smaller 10x15 inches. But they hold enough for 1 person. I love these bags, because they hold moisture in whatever your cooking ( I prefer chicken wings). I hate dry food, it has no texture no matter what you add to make it moist. But the bags help so much. Glad these bags had more than 2, and the cost was reasonable.

Good size, durable, easy to use

Somehow these bags keep and enhance the flavor. Also, I was surprised at how meat seems to be tenderized by using these. They are a like a new discovery in cooking that I would recommend to everyone.

I bought Large size 43x55 cm for the 20 lbs turkey. It was small for this size of the bird, hard to fit it, very tight. The material of the bags look like very thin crunchy fragile film not comparable with Reynolds turkey bags I always used. I brushed turkey with oil, baked 3 hours on 350F (turkey was with stuffing). Turkey was juicy, but way overdone, meat fall off bones. I put 1 star, as the bags are really small and won’t fit the turkey of medium size, they are claiming to fit. The thin film like material of the bag stuck tightly to the bird’s skin, despite the fact that I oiled heavily the bird; it was nearly impossible to remove it as the film was disintegrating in your arms. It was a huge disappointment as we lost all the festive presentation of the dish. I won’t recommend these bags for the turkey.
