The Only Insole That Truly Works for My Plantar Fasciitis!
I’ve tried so many insoles over the years for my plantar fasciitis, including the Scholl, but these are by far the best. The arch support is incredible, and since using them, I can finally wear my work shoes and stand all day without being in agony. They’ve made such a difference in my daily comfort and mobility. If you struggle with heel pain or flat feet like I do, I can’t recommend these enough. Absolute game-changer!

Lush!
This is no long term test but my initial reaction is very positive!. They are so comfortable and support my feet in all the right places. My averagely comfortable trainers are now super comfortable. Some negative points. No metatarsal support and no adjustable arch support. You get what you pay for and for many people, these will be perfect.

Best with removable insoles
These are brilliantly supportive insoles. I was a bit apprehensive as they look really thick in the photos. I found that they do take up a lot of room in your shoe so are best worn with shoes that have removable insoles. I can wear them with some shoes that have fixed insoles but its a pretty tight fit. They are great as they transform any shoe - that has the room - into really super supportive footwear. I got them half price and they were a great bargain as they are top quality so I bought a few pairs. They really help with my plantar fasciitisc. They feel odd to start with but you soon get used to them and they end up feeling really comfortable. Highly recommended.

Short term comfort
Very comfortable and durable. However, the comfort is temporary. Useless after 12 weeks.I can't feel any of the support after few weeks. You'd have to keep buying it. Not worthy imo

Helps, but temporarily.
The fit nicely and give support temporarily. They last about 2-3 months, after you notice the support goes. I have to keep buying in bulk, but they do the job in helping align my feet correctly and improve my posture so it helps improve ankle, knee and hip pain alignment and with easing some pain.

Comfy but thick
Very comfy with good arch support. I do find them very thick so my shoes feel tighter, and my heel is not quite in the right position for the padding of the shoe.

Went Immediately From Painful Arthritic Feet to Comfort on Inserting the Valsoles
I have rh arthritis, particularly bad in my feet. After an illness I've been trying to increase my walking (7k steps) but its made the joints in my feet very sore. Also have a very high arch so shoes generally are uncomfortable.Took the original insoles out of my extra wide trainers (the original insole is too long), fitted the valsole. Immediately noted it fit the trainers perfectly (unlike the original insoles included with the trainers). Put my feet in the shoes, had to leave the trainers slightly looser but my goodness, it was like my feet were being hugged in cotton wool. The underside of my feet are actually relaxing (I can feel the muscles relaxing) and I went instantly from discomfort even while sitting to comfort. My feet feel like they are glowing lol. Walking using the valsoles feels slighty odd (I can feel the high instep support) but very very comfortable.
