Q: I did not receive rubber bands. Where do I buy them?

Call the vendor. The kit should have had the rubber bands with extra ones too because they do break with time.

Q: Are the holes small enough to keep guppy fry from escaping?

Yes, the holes are small enough. However there are a couple of holes for the dividers that are a little larger that the fry could escape from. There are small bolts and nuts with the kit. I simply put them in the holes and that solved the problem. This nursery is a very good one, and I definitely recommend it!

Q: Only one side has protective film or both sides ?

Both sides of each piece has the protective film.
