These blades hold an edge longer then standard blades.

There's not a whole lot to say about these other than that they hold up longer than other blades. I do a lot of old-work construction and put my utility knife through hell and I'm used to changing blades frequently, much less so now.These aren't magical, they do dull when scoring plaster, they will snap if really forced. However, they hold up a lot better than any other blades I've purchased or used at work. I purchased these for myself and I'll purchase these again once I eventually use them up.I have one very minor complaint. The blades have a thin coat of oil which makes them difficult to get out of the dispenser. The lower the dispenser gets, the harder it is to get blades out. Not a big enough issue to take any stars off.

Didn't realize just how dull my blades were until these arrived. wwwwwwwwWOW. They fit my generic cutters. Perfect and easy cuts through vinyl and thick cardboard, so far. Hoping 20 will last a long time, but (unless they're only good for a few cuts per blade; time shall tell), when these are done I'll reorder. Great blades. Nice lookin', too. Sharp (ingenious) blade holder.RE several reviewers complaints about the difficulty getting blades out of the container: just loosen the steel "presser plate" in the back. I completely removed it to grab the first blade. Didn't put it back in as tightly as it was originally packed, et voila! It's as easy to remove individual blades as you want it to be. No muss, no fuss.

Ease of use & blade change out a breeze

These blades work very well, and fit my Gerber EAB Lite perfectly. I tried cutting polyester, paper, and balsa wood and all these materials effortlessly fell to the blade with very clean precise cuts.The dispenser has three safety mechanisms which make it hard to use. You have to make sure the blade is lined up in the x-y plane of the dispenser just right, and then also pushed down just enough to begin sliding the blades out.The blades are also oiled with a strong odor exhibiting mineral oil, which in hindsight makes a lot of sense if you need a big pile of metal parts. This makes removing them from the dispenser oh so much harder because your finger will slip on the blade, and it causes them to sort of stick together due to a suction effect. It also means you probably don't want to carry this in a good pair of pants and should make sure the blade is wiped off before using it on porous materials like wood or paper. And if you don't want your hands to smell like oil need to make sure you can wash up before handling it.

These blades are awesome. Specifically bought these for my Gerber lite pocket knife. Although these blades are not as thick as the one that originally came with the Gerber, they do fit like a glove. You have to play with them first and adjust until you get the perfect fit, it won't move at all once you have inserted and tightened it up correctly. They are very sharp, i would say twice sharper than the original one. Solid purchase.

I buy these regularly and they last about 5 days of cutting an enormous amount of cardboard boxes at work on each side. Best brand I have tried so far for this price range. I will continue to buy them and I like the blue color as well!Cons: They do rust pretty easily when installed use but I have never had any rust in the packaging (they are oiled in the container like all other brands).

the blades seem ok, but the dispenser is a useless POS. It'd be better if they just put the blades in a little plastic or cardboard box. do the people that sell these things ever bother to look at the actual product. WON'T BUY AGAIN - LOOK ELSEWHERE.
