Superb video quality, surprise game-changing bonus features!
This is really a first impression rather than a full review. I've not had that much time to work with it, and our baby isn't hear yet, which really limits what I can test. I'll update once I've gotten more testing time. But with no other reviews, I thought these things would be useful for others debating if they should try it.Note: This does NOT include viewing monitor. Your phone/tablet/device is your monitor. It promises to notify you of sounds (e.g. cries), temperature swings, etc., so that you know to check the feed. So be advised, when you switch away from the app, you can't see/hear things, although it does record everything onto an on-device SD card (32GB included). That being said, here are some of my first impressions:Camera QualityPleasantly surprised! Camera quality is clearly superior to any other baby monitor I’ve ever used. Sharp, super clear image. Very minor delay (half a second maybe). 15fps. Haven’t been able to test night vision yet, but with how good the image looked in low light in the room I tested it in, I imagine night vision will be sharp and clear as well.Temperature SensorWorks well. When enabled, it overlays the room temp on the video, and you can set it to provide alerts if the temperature goes out of a specific range (too cold or too hot).Sound AlertsThe audio quality is clear and plenty loud through my phone’s speakers. You can see where they replaced the feature descriptions with a sticker claiming to alert you when your baby cries to alerting you of loud noises. Either it wasn’t good at discerning between cries and other noises, or they didn’t want the liability of it failing to detect a cry when there’s background noise present.Surprise Bonus, Game-Changing FeatureNowhere in the product description or provided quick start guide mentions this. But, in the app, you can set it up specifically with your baby and create their profile. You set their birthdate and/or due date, weight, and skin tone. Why skin tone? It notes that “Infrared sensors detect your baby’s heart rate and blood oxygen levels. This setting may need to be adjusted for different skin tones.” For what this monitor costs, it immediately became 100% worth it in comparison to one with a provided monitor, assuming this feature is active and working. (It's possible it's unreleased yet because of the lack of documentation anywhere.) I won't find out until our baby arrives to test it, but I’m really excited for that feature, as SIDS is a terrifying possibility as a parent. Any warning that could help monitor and stop a tragedy from happening is HUGE. Here’s hoping it actually works well.SetupSetup was overall intuitive and easy. The only thing that wasn’t clear from the get go is that it could only be paired with one account. Quickly, however, I found a sharing option that allows you to share full-featured access to the camera with other users. I’ve not played with it enough to know if it allows a more limited share as well (limited hours, no ability to move the camera for example). I don’t know if I’d want to give out full access even to grandparents for the sake of my wife nursing, etc. But if we could limit the time frames and limit viewing angles for sharing, then that would potentially be great bonus feature.Firmware UpdateI checked for a firmware update and was prompted to update the firmware from (if I remember correctly) 1.1.1.5 to 1.1.4.3. There was no documentation or explanation as to what that update provided, but it updated quickly and flawlessly. I didn’t notice anything new in the app before/after.As I get more time to work with it, I’ll update with my thoughts and reactions.

Reliable and Good Picture Quality
I purchased this based on a friend's recommendation (she has 3 under 5 and multiple of these cameras). I can't compare to others, but the app works reliably well and I've accessed at home and away from home. It is easy to zoom in/out and night vision is very clear. Installation was just alright: connection to app was easy and cord a good length but we couldn't attach it to the base the way we'd intended bc it caused there to be insufficient room for the cord (it would be better to have a 90 degree cord attachment) so we had to mount the base to the wall vertically instead of horizontally which makes the field of vision a big lopsided but I've gotten used to it.

Works at random times, mostly doesn't work
Update: Eufy has one of the best customer service I have experienced, and they went out of the way to make sure I have a good experience - be it following up or shipping me a new/alternate device, and making sure I am happy, and everything works on my end. Products might fail at times, but good customer service goes a long way.The application doesn't work as described. It seldom sends out notifications even at the highest sensitivity settings. It sends all the notifications when the baby is not in the crib, but when the baby is in, something in its algorithm kicks in and it stops sending out notifications. The camera quality is good, and the UI in the application is decent, but the main biggest requirement of notification fails big time. I used it on an iPhone (12 pro max and 14 pro max) - both running the latest versions of iOS at this time - and the notification system failed to work on both phones.I mostly used the application as a 'live' monitor keeping the app open always, because I couldn't get myself to trust the notification system. I will return this and get back to my old Spaceview monitor.

Night vision works 50% of the time
Packaging, setup, connection and app were all great. MAJOR quality issues with our product. After about 3 months the night vision went out. We were about to try the warranty claim route, then it started working again. A few months later, stopped working again. Very frustrating since I have to send in a defective product before receiving a new one. So what, I just go weeks (months?) without having the ability to monitor my child?

Easy to Setup and Great quality
Easy to pair with the wifi. No issues switching networks when traveling. The crib mount is great. The quality of the video is amazing. The panning of the camera is good. The app is easy to use and records videos which is neat. Love it! Absolutely recommended to any parent. I love the app on the phone so no need to have a separate monitor. Very handy.

Night vision died after 9 months of use
Solid product, great image quality, great functional rotation as stated in their description and a great app interface.Big issue: 9 months after using this camera night vision stopped working. Because we purchased it before our child was born it's past the 12-month warranty. Customer support offered a discount code but still not cheaper than other companies out thereAlso found out TP Link makes practically the same camera for $100 less and will probably last a lot longer.

Reliable monitor
The camera works great! It self adjusts for night vision and you can still see baby great. When shopping for a baby monitor, I really wanted one that used wifi so my husband could check in on the baby when he’s at work and get a little glimpse into our day. This camera has an app that works very well, you can invite a baby sitter or relative to the app very easily and take away access just as easily. The make of camera also makes security cameras so I felt safe despite the potential dangers that come with a wifi baby monitor. All in all this camera is great and honestly comparable to the nanit without the pricey monthly membership costs. The only issue I have with it, is that the notifications are very sensitive. It will notify me if the door to the baby’s room is closed too loudly, if a loud car goes by, etc. I think it’s better that it’s too sensitive rather than not sensitive enough!
