Buy it. I love the filter
No waste, no headache filter works best. Connection are easy and fast.Installed it in just 10 minutes and it started working.It is very helpful and pure.You can buy it. Must buy if you need water filter.😇

Broken cartridge
Found sediments in the filtered water and opened the filter on suspicion and found broken cartridge installed in the casing. We were consuming dirty water for few weeks without knowing the substandard quality of the product. The seller shall assume the responsibility for the consequences and send me a new cartridge for replacement.

Water leakaging from the body
Water dropping continuously from the purifier body. Don'tknow if it is leakaging..water out put is also very thin...taking hours to fill a bucket.

No chemicals, no electricity, alkaline water, best TDS. The water outflow is not slow as mentioned by others. They should get their pipes checked. Better than UV technology which spoils the quality of water.

Filtering issue
The media could not be loaded. Initially I liked the product but after use for 15 days I released that this product is not worth buying as water flow is very slow and gets chockedup every alternate day. It's installed on RO water supply still causing problem..No service or customer care available..

Performance
Bought this product about a month back. After using for last 3 weeks or so, faced issues like constipation and flatulence. Checked the TDS - 468 is very high for home consumption.I do not recommend the product unless they attach some test certificates from credible agencies.

Very poor/bad after sales service
Very basic water filter. micro candle, only single stage, good quality material n candle.Pathetic very bad after sales. No gaurantee, no warranty, no response after 5 repeated complaints.
