Can not eat cheese with paper
Item came wrapped In a vacuum seal plastic which is okay but inside this it was wrapped in paper.Which is too tally melted with a cheese.You cannot eat this product.It's full of paper from the wrappe paper

The Packing
The flavor is a bit "off", but passable used in a salad. My peeve is the extremely thin paper encasing the cheese is difficult to remove. You will probably eat a bit of it.

The cheese was not poked on the outside so it has no flavor.
Eating. It was not good because it was not poked on the outside and was completely white with no flavor. The inside was good.

The best blue cheese
Product delivered somewhat differently, than pictured. It came in a wedge, vacuum packed. Certainly did not affect the taste texture or smell of the cheese. Delivery was quick. Delivered cold. Very good experience. Will buy this again when we run out.

Yum !
Creamy and very flavorful.Worth the money. Very little is needed for that blue cheese "punch".
