Network problem not working properly
Last in canection time 4g canection failed please help anyone not working properly and I did reset many times but nothing works

Night vision good day time images are very dark not clear

In camera no Wi-Fi button , sim also don’t work , No Custamer Sarvice, very bad item,
Not connecting Wi-Fi or sim ,Custamer care is not available, so I am help less to start the camera.

Overall this product is worst and not worth buying
Price is low as compared to HikVision cameras but Gensec Cameras are worst in quality and they need continuos service and it's hard to get vendor all the time for service.Take smart decision by investing little more in good quality cameras and get relief from day to day issues of Gensec camera
