Excellent customer service and support
This product was an easy install and fit perfectly, however it started to make a humming noise just after 6 months after the initial install. Thus I would have rated it a one star product, however when I contacted the seller about my issue THEY HAD NOT ONE PROBLEM WITH SENDING ME A NEW BEARING AND OVERNIGHTED THE NEW REPLACEMENT BEARING TO ME!! That’s what I call excellent customer service and a company who stands behind their product. This is one thing you don’t see these days and I HIGHLY recommend you go with this company with your purchase of this bearing.
