Product is solid quality with a nice frosted glass to disperse the light. Rigid steel gives it a solid look when tightened up to the ceiling. Polished Gold resembles a very nice BRASS look to it. Very happy with the purchase of the Cargifak brand v/s others we've seemed that look similar.

Very nice ceiling lamp for the money. Straight forward to install. Holding up the globe while installing three round nuts can be a bit of a challenge. Get an extra set of hands to help. Also... know what wavelength light you want and order from Amazon or pick up at Costco or Sam's. Don't get raped at Lowes or HD for LED bulbs.

Easy install, but one must be aware of the alignment between the globe ring and stand offs. I had to bend the stand offs to align with the three holes in the globe ring before trying to install the light globe. If that is not accomplished first, you will be fighting it when you try to get the globe hung in its place. Just a heads- up. The two lamps really light the area up over what it replaced and it looks great too.

This is a great light. I wanted something masculine-looking for male's walk-in closet of our primary bedroom. I'll probably install brighter bulbs than the ones pictured.

Got a pair of these for our kitchen. 2 bulbs each...used warm white LED bulbs - Feit 60w equivalent bulbs. The light is diffuse, but it's quite bright. If you want brighter, go for a more blue-type light... such as daylight or bright white.The lights are fixed by a center threaded bolt, but the housing can be turned around before you tighten it. The frosted glass sits on the metal bracket..decorative and functional...with three caps to screw to the base. Tricky to mount, but not that difficult.The fixture allows for dimming, and it's quite smooth. We're using a WiFi Kasa dimmer switch connected to both fixtures. We could easily put higher wattage bulbs, but these 4, 60-watt equivalent is more than enough. Ours are 8.8 watts per bulb, so...about 36 watts total for what appears to be a few hundred watts of light!Sorry, the photos were taken for the cabinets, not the lights. They are not as blurry and bright...it's warmer, and you can see the patterns on the frosted glass - swirly..almost marbled. It's a beautiful fixture!

Please look past the mess and just noticed the light on the ceiling! We're in the process of moving in. The light was a much needed replacement in this small kitchen area. It is aesthetically pleasing and brightens the area considerably. We actually increase the wattage on the light bulb after this photo and the lighting is much better than what it was in advance. It's self-contained and no bugs can get in it which is one of my own pet peeves. It dresses up the room without being overbearing and in the way. Definitely think it's functional and my husband installed it by himself with out any difficulty.

I recently installed this in my bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Despite being affordable, it has a classy and elegant design that elevates the whole space. I purchased two lights, one for above the kitchen sink and another for the hallwayarea just off the kitchen that leads to my garage. They put out a nice light and look much nicer than the builders grade boob lights that I replaced. Installation would be easier with two people, but once I got the hang of it with the first light, the second one was easy. All needed hardware was included, and packaging was excellent. I had to adjust the center screw on the light bracket to shorten it, so that the fixtures were snug to the ceiling. That part was the learning experience!
