I like the variety of flavors and it keeps me from cramping
If I am blasting up a mountain on my bike I will cramp after awhile if I don't use these. I don't love the price but I do love the form factor. They dissolve quickly and completely, nice and easy. They do release bubbles so you get some pressure in your bottle for the first minute but no fizziness. I've been a heavy user this year and they keep my electrolytes where I need them to be, perfectly effective and no cramps.

Delicious, big improvement in my mood
I love the flavor, calorie count, and the way they make my drink “fizz”. These are some of the most cost efficient electrolytes I’ve found. I have some on hand at all times. It makes a big difference on my mood after an intense workout.

Still worth it
I learned about this product during the Hood to Coast running race. I believe Nike was involved in getting the runners a quick electrolyte bump and since then it’s alway worked for me, although other products are beating it out in the stores (doesn’t mean they’re better) this has been a solid product for years.

Over the top pricing
I think they work well. I live in hot Florida and play pickleball in the hot summer. However, I was paying $28 a box and I thought that was very high as there's really little more than salt in the tablets. Now at $36, I will not be buying this product again as to me, that is a ridiculous price!!

Hydration Game-Changer
I’ve tried a lot of electrolyte drinks, but Nuun Sport is by far my favorite. This variety pack is perfect — the flavors are refreshing without being too sweet, and I love that each tablet only has 1g of sugar. I use these during workouts, bike rides, or anytime I feel a little dehydrated, and they always leave me feeling recharged. The fact that they’re vegan, non-GMO, and portable makes them even better. These have become a daily essential for me. Highly recommend, especially if you’re active or need a clean hydration boost!

Does the job.
Great product. I like pretty much every flavor and the tablets dissolve easily. Know that the flavor is subtle; more than sparkling water but not like a juice or soda.

Great for travel when water sources can be sketchy
You know how airport water or other rando sources can taste awful? Pop one of these in your water bottle and bada bing bada boom! No more bad taste! Dissolves easily, travels well.

Tablets wo t fit into water bottle
Nuun hides behind environmentalist. They got rid of the score line to save money (their process is easier now.) People online are advising you cut a score line into the tablet. They sell PLASTIC wrapped powder sleeves for an uncharged (~33% per serving) so it's about the money, not the environment. They likely use the same machine that emergenC uses to produce their tablets. This saves money by not building a new process. EmergenC is used as needed though, not routinely so it's OK for emergenC, but nuun is a routinely used product for hydration (multiple times a day.) Because of the uncharged, the difficulty splitting tablets (the people who say it's easy, don't try all the flavors. Some are very difficult. I started getting nerve pain lasting long AFTER splitting the tablets by hand. Im middle aged... I've used knives, pill splitter etc. Nuun removed the score line, over sizes the tablet, uncharged you ~33% per serving (or in total as that's how percentages work) for the convenience of not splitting (isnt it born in powder form? Don't you have to press it into a tablet?) They sell tubs of powder (only two flavors (3-14-25) but the value isn't there either. It's less plastic, but they sell convince at a premium and tell the consumer We WaNt To SaVe PlAsTiC WaStE! To top it off, the plastic tube the tablets fit into is now part of a law suit for selling empty space occupied by a plastic spring that could have been topped off with product. They're saying it's deceptive packaging and hides the sound of empty space thus fooling the consumer as there is no other purpose. I think the law suit is a bit much (they label the number of servings after all.) MY point is, if they cared about the plastic, they wouldn't use a plastic filler spring, and extra plastic walls. Nuun is motivated by money, not world betterment. Don't forget it. Buy a different product until nuun wants to compete with a better product and quit lying about it's motives. I bought the most heavy duty pill splitter (pill mill (aluminum, steel)) and it doesn't fit, so it crumbles and I need a funnel... put your environmentalism where your mouth is and sell the powder tubs at value LIKE EVERY OTHER DRINK MIX COMPANY. And reduce the plastic footprint caused by filler space. Put three more tablets in there instead of a plastic spring, and uncharged 30% (to account for three more servings) if it's the environment you care about and not simply THE LOVE OF MONEY. You know them by the fruits of their labor, not by their wordsEDIT: many of the tablets break in half easily making them not fitting easily a very minor issue. Not the same experience from the beginning. Maybe only some tablets are tuff, or maybe nuun reformulated their tablets. Hopefully it's a change.
