They do what they suppose to, but they slip once you sweat, I use alastic breifs to keep them in place.

You better believe you will sweat! I have a waist trainer (different brand) that I have had for a couple years (just bought waste trimmer through Sweat Sweet this morning), I heard about this product through Lauren Drain's Fitness Instagram account, found they offered thigh ones, thought I would give it a try. First off, let me just say no matter how hard I work out I've NEVER had my thighs sweat, only the backs of my knees and my feet. When I received the package I was a little hesitant and I actually almost returned it without giving it a try. But, yesterday I tried it with my 10 min cardio session (I did HIIT on the treadmill) before strength training, it didn't feel like I was sweating, I couldn't tell if it was working or not, I kept them on throughout my whole workout and kept them on until I got home from the gym (about 20 min drive home). I went to take them off feeling disappointed I couldn't feel any sweat and when I unwrapped them MY THIGHS WERE FREAKING DRENCHED! And I DID NOT even use the sample gel that they sent with them. I used them today for day 2, did 20 min HIIT cardio and then weights again and I could definitely tell that my thighs were sweating today because my left trimmer kept trying to slide down my leg (I don't think I had it tight enough on) but when I got home and took them off not only was the trimmer drenched but so was my legs! I am going to take progress pics so I will update this in a few weeks with pics. Definitely would recommend!

I currently live the ladyboss lifestyle and I wanted to find something to help cut areas that are very self conscious to me and weren't disappearing quick enough. I took it upon myself to reach out to sweet sweat products. I started off with the wasit trimmer-followed by the arm trimmers, and now the thigh trimmer. Over a month period, I've noticed 1 1/2 inches has been taken off my love handles and my bras are starting to fit more comfortably!! :) I run a mile every day with an incline of 2.5 and at a 6.0 Pace. I also do resistance training afterwards. I refuse to weigh myself, so I use a body tape to get my measurements and I really am please with my results.💪You do have to push yourself to get the results you want. Don't except to notice a difference within a week. Our bodies aren't like Amazon prime, they don't arrive over night. :)Best of luck to you all! I got these to help the circulation in my thighs. My mom has veracose vains, which are hereditary, and I have been doing everything in my power to slow the progression. There are ways to prevent them or slow their progression and I used to follow them religously and since I have stopped one tiny veracous vain has emerged. I am not talking about the tiny vains that look kinda weird but your skin is still smooth and flexible on top, I am talking about full blown giant dead vains that sag and sit dead right under the skin those are veracous vains and are actually deadly.I use these while I am at work, since I am on my feet for most of the day, and they help improve my circulation so much!!! Longer days don’t hurt as much when I am wearing these all day. Yes, they do make your legs sweat to the max, but sweating doesn’t reeeeaaaalllyyyy help you lose anything but water weight. And it has been proven time and time again that spot training does not reduce weight from those areas. You lose weight the last place you gained it, which could have been your thighs..... maybe, if that is were your body likes to store it. I gain weight in my face last and I lose weight in my face first, every time. My stomach is a place where I carry extra weight, but it’s typically the last place I lose weight from.

Just received a partial shipment of my Sweet Sweat purchase through Amazon. Used the thigh trimmers for the first time today. Waist and arm trimmers due in next week. I ordered a size large and wish now I had gotten a medium for the thigh trimmers. I was skeptical these would work. I put them on after applying Sweet Sweat to my thighs. Started my workout routine shortly there after and was definitely sweating within minutes. However, it was extremely annoying for the trimmer to slide down to the tops of my knees during my workout. Adjusted as tightly as I could without losing breath-ability but continued to slide because I was sweating so! Although the initial fit seemed perfect, through use discovered a medium would have been more appropriate for me. Took my body measurements and am curious how the combination arm, waist and thigh trimmers coupled with Sweet Sweat will help melt my inches away. Already love Sports Research supplements. Am brand loyal to Sports Research. Wish I got these Sweet Sweat products earlier in my weight loss journey!
