Timer does not work in America.
The timer did not work. I sent it back but they did not replace it. I think it does notwork in America (voltage issue). Bad customer service though. They did not answermy query and then cancelled the replacement.

Product doesn't work in America
It doesn't work. It starts to beep when I try to make the coffee. I am in America, and I guess that is a voltage issue. I tried to call Technical Assistance, but I didn't receive a response.

Bialetti Moka Timer Never Worked
Not only did the Moka Timer NEVER work,nor did they replace it. Worse there is no way to have it serviced. I’m just totally out $189 plus tax and shipping. Amazon said they would refund me. Never did.
