Don’t hesitate just buy it
This is by far the best hot tub I’ve ever purchased and I’ve had at least six. At first I had to contact the manufacturer because I couldn’t get up below 98°. I found out by simply opening half of the lid that it would cool off enough. it is easy to operate. It is definitely the best buy for the money and I like the fact that you can contact the manufacturer with questions about its operation. Just buy it you will not regret it. Do not buy one of those inflatable junkie things. In six months, they’re a wreck

This is the best Spa you can get for the money.
The only issue was delivery. Nobody called, it just showed up on a tractor trailer two days before the delivery window. Don't expect it to be placed on your porch for you. They can't deliver up stairs or across grass. Fortunately it is pretty light and my wife and I got it up the steps and into the porch. The product itself exceeds expectations. Super easy to set up. It took about 20 hours for the water to go from 70 degrees to 100 degrees. The jets are adjustable and very vigorous on the high setting. It maintains it's temperature well. The lighting is perfect. This model even has a built in ice bucket which is a super useful feature. The seating is very comfortable in every position. I've had the $15,000 Hot Springs spa's in the past and no doubt they are better in many ways but this one meets the need for so much less invested plus it works off a standard 120 volt outlet so no electrician needed. I would buy this again.

Great hot tub and great sellers
I was very skeptical about purchasing a hot tub for only $3K. I was also skeptical about a hot tub that runs on 110v. I wasn’t sure if it could keep the water hot while the jets were running. Based on reviews, I purchased it.So far it keeps the water at 104% while the jets run. I’m hoping that it still works this well in the winter. After two weeks, I really love this hot tub. Even my wife, who is skeptical about everything, really likes it.Now I’d like to tell you about the sellers, I watched the hot tub being unloaded from the truck. I went to my back yard to make sure everything was all set for them. I then came out front and they were gone. The left the hot tub at the bottom of my long driveway which has a steep hill.Thankfully I have great neighbors, and we were able to put it on two dolly’s and strap it to a truck. We were able to get the hot tub in the back yard.I told the sellers about this, and they offered me a very, very generous discount for my troubles. Then I realized the steps were not delivered. Again, the sellers came through and had the steps delivered quickly. So I have five stars for both the hot tub and the sellers

Affordable
Always wanted a real hot tub instead of a blowup, at this price how can you resist.

Great Spa. Well worth the upgrade from an inflatable.
After buying $850 Intex spas every year cause they fail every time just as warranty runs out. I decided to stop throwing money out and get a “real” spa. It’s only been a couple of months (which is a better track record than Intex) but couldn’t be happier. More room than I expected. I use this with the Mrs. On average of 3 times a week. Heat stays real stable, doesn’t drop 5 degrees like Intex junk. Only 4/5 stars simply because it’s only been 2 months. Only issue we had (overlooked) we had a slow leak just find a hidden drain plug where the cap wasn’t tightened down all the way. (On me) Otherwise I recommend this spa in a heart beat.

Best bang for your buck
This thing is great. Super simple barbones single motor hot tub. It can fit 4 but it fits 2 way more comfortably. Maintenance is simple, jets are strong, sturdy, well made, and barely made a difference on my electricity bill.

Good durability, seats are deep enough to be comfortable and keeps the heat really well.
Arrive quickly, no leaks, good seating, the cover fits quite well and it seems durable. I was able to move this from my driveway on to my back deck (which is up four steps) by myself. Don't get me wrong, it's heavy, but I uses the old pyramid rolling concept before unwrapping it.
