Rich and perfect
I've been using this chocolate in conjunction with Vahlrona cocoa to make a deep, rich chocolate gelato. The chocolate melts beautifully and the flavor is unparalleled. Highly recommended.

I've enjoyed this chocolate many times, but the price is a bit high at the moment. It was cheaper when I first purchased it on the Valrhona web site. That price was in the mid-teens and still high, though far more reasonable than it is here. For those who don't know what it is, it's essentially ground chocolate bars. The top of the bag has slightly larger pieces (although still very small) and the bottom is like powder. It melts wonderfully into hot chocolate (European) along with cream or into cocoa/hot chocolate (as you typically see in the U.S.) to add to the chocolatey flavor and richness. The Nyangbo has a lovely flavor. I recommend it, at a cheaper price.

Not worth the expense
Valrhona chocolate is always tastes good, but I found this product unsatisfactory in other respects. Specifically, this item is very expensive for the amount of chocolate, and the grind of the chocolate is inconsistent. I wanted to use this chocolate to make cookies that call for ground (grated) chocolate but am better off buying bars and grating them myself.
