My husband likes his watch. He has a Samsung phone and tablet and it paired with them very easily.

Had many Smart Watches, this 1 by FAR my favorite, the best looking, most functional, most features, can call and text straight from the watch itself. Every feature it has they all work wonderfully. I tested the Heart Rate Monitor to a Hospital one at the same exact time it it was only + or - 1 from being exactly on! Great Price! Great Product! Great Company! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I received the Galaxy Watch 4 in very bad condition. It was clearly used and not properly refurbished. The charger included is not the original one, which is very frustrating. On top of that, the battery doesn't even last a full day, which makes the watch almost unusable. I expected better quality and transparency when purchasing this product. Would not recommend.

I love this watch works like new and wasn't expecting that cause it was like new and refurbished. Also mine did not come with a charger tho so if u buy this you might need to buy a charger separately. Keeps a good charge for 2 days at least for me. Why buy new when u get like new refurbished items for cheaper.

When I shattered the screen on my Ticwatch Pro a few days ago I wanted to replace it with something newer with better implementation of some features that I wanted the Ticwatch to do but didnt handle well.First is the option of a true left handers mode. The Ticwatch never did support the Wear added feature of "orientation" and an all called Lefty only inverted some app screens didnt change any sensors or buttons and left the LCD top screen in right mode. Not very useful. The Watch 4 has the Wear OS feature supported and it seems to work perfectly on my right wrist with the buttons on the left.The Ticwatch also didnt handle my AFIB at all well, with readings all over the place. The Watch 4 seems to be able to accurately track my heart rate.I like the thin body of the watch too. By comparison the Ticwatch looks clunky.Final positive comment. I bough an "excellent" condition used model from the Amazon Renewed Store. Other than the original package sealing tape having been cut I could not tell the watch and contents were not new. Excellent value.Only critique so far is the limited ability to assign alternate functions to the 2 hard buttons. Samsung allows a couple predefined alternate app controls to be specified but the only function that is open to use by ANY app is the double short press of the Back button. I would like to see the secondary and tertiary functions (double short and long press) be available to all apps.
