Quality product: Comfortable and efffective at a fair price.
If you are the kind of person who is never satisfied with the earplugs you buy, then this is the right product for you. They keep all water out and fit comfortably. I swim a lot and I need to keep water out of my ears. They have a clever design, like a wedge with concentric circles that enable comfort and protection. Look no further.

Ear plugs
These earplugs on a string are great. They’re able to help me with my son who’s disabled to wash his head without having to dig at his ear to pull it out. I highly recommend.

Don't let the price fool you. Excellent ear protection
So I'm a pre-purcjase researcher. To a fault. I literally spent a DAY looking for ear plugs that I could use to mow, shoot, and just general use. I was looking at cool mold to your own ear things that cost $50, and I saw these.OF COURSE I scrolled past the cheap "garbage". Then reading up on the dB ratings, and back to these, which gave more protection than the fancy pants $50 ones.At 3 pairs for cheap I tossed them in with an order of other stuff and figured it wouldn't be a big loss if they were crap. Took two to my dad's (where we practice shooting) and kept one at my house for mowing the lawn and whatever else I needed them for. Each come in a hard plastic snap box for storage, and come attached to a green and blue lanyard to keep them from getting lost. I popped a pair in following the instructions (pull your ear up and twist in) and boom. Silence. Well, actually the world just sounds like you're underwater. I think that's where people don't understand ear protection. They assume complete silence, but in reality it's like you hear underwster, muffled and distant and soft.Mowing the lawn I wasn't deaf when I got off. I was also able to hear someone yelling for my attention and could hear the blades hitting hidden rocks to pause the blades.I haven't shot with them yet, but I can tell they will be great protection. We were all in pain after my father in law fired his new . 45 with those cheap foam plugs. I'll probably order another set for times when we have more than my parents and husband so we have plenty of good ear protection for anyone that wants to shoot.

Works extremely well, and I've tried countless brands
Since I had a newborn in the same room, I needed a solution to sleep, so I searched far and wide for the very best ear plugs...I needed some sleep desperately. This kid is so loud for no reason. This brand, Macks is the ONLY one that uses 4 layers. The closest one I could find that was not Macks had only 3 layers. Many claim 30 or 38 decibels of sound isolation, which is just an outright lie.Macks brand is legit, they don't need to put a random number out of a hat to use for their sound isolation decibels measurement.Best way to use these is to keep the string FULLY inserted in...all the way. That stupid hole in the middle for the string has some minor sound leakage. Its very minor, since the 4 layers do a really good job of significantly reducing a record breaking loud crying baby into the sound level of the average complaining wife in the background....and I could definitely sleep over that sound...even prefer to. Least better than being awake having to listen to it.I personally ended up using a bit of Crazy glue to permanently keep the string FULLY inserted. I like to pull the ear plugs out of my ears using the string, and without a tiny bit of glue, the string will fall out.

By far The Best ear plugs
I've tried different kinds of foam ear plugs but they tend to fall out and barely block sound. I'm a light sleeper and these Mack's changed my life. Any odd soft sounds will keep me up. These ear plugs have provided hours of sleep to my life lol,I was introduced to them by someone who was taking us to a outdoors shooting range, to protect my ears.15 years later these are still my only choice of ear plugs. You can wash these and re-use for some time. I buy multiples

Sleep like a baby.
I use the earplugs to reach my REM cycle at any time of the 24 hours sleep cycle in the midst of noisy and auditorily disturbing sleeping settings. Hence, I sleep like s baby.
