Bestop 5246017 Bronco Sunrider for Hardtop - '21-Current Bronco 2-Door (Black Twill)

100% recommend this addition. So easy to install and so much fun to flip back in good weather. Two minor improvements: install a piece of foam weather stripping on top of center bar to reduce "slapping" of top going over bumps and cut off the tag on passenger side because it flaps at high speed.

Easy installation once I figured out which way the rails are mounted to the Sunrider. Once that was figured out it was about a 30 minute installation. On sunny days I can easily unlatch and push open and just as easy to close, all from the drivers seat. Haven’t had it out in rain yet.

The product seems solid, However, the packaging is bad; it came with broken pieces. Contacting Amazon, they can only return but not replace. I would have to write emails to Bestop for a replacement, let's see how that goes

It took about 30 minutes to install. It does not leak!! But I will say don't follow the written instructions that come with it. They are not helpful. The video on Bestop website is the best for how to install. We had no trouble with install and everything works perfectly. It does take two people though to lift it up and place it on top. Otherwise, it is a one-person job!! Love my SunRider!!!!

Installation should have been easy, but the provided instructions are terrible, and the online video inexplicably jumps between two and four door installation. It took me close to an hour to install but less than 15 minutes to remove.Once installed, I noticed I could see a significant amount of light through the back side. On closer inspection, I found gaps large enough to easily fit my finger.A search for customer support revealed nothing more than an email form. I submitted that form more than 24 hours ago. Additionally, their phone and chat support only operate between 11 and 4p MT. I did also locate a message that encourages customers to wait for support before returning, stating that simple adjustments can resolve fittment issues. They however did not provide any further information as to how to adjust the fit.All around, the lack of timely response, lack of available customer support, even at the level of self-help guides is unacceptable. I will be returning mine. Thankfully, Amazon makes returns easy.

The latches would not unlatch so, I called customer service. The person I spoke two had no real understanding of what was wrong. She asked if I watched the video. I said yes, three times. No help in solving the problem. She checked about getting new latches, which I said didn't seem to be the problem, but said that wasn't possible. Then she told me to return the top for a new one. Ridiculous! I hung up and considered returning out of frustration but looked into the problem myself some more. After several hours of trial and error, it is fixable. Can't say it was easy, but it finally worked. NO NEED TO RETURN! You need to loosen the two bolts shown just enough to move the square latch hole around until it lines up properly. You'd think this would be in their installation video. The product itself seems well made and hopefully I'll have many good years of service. Bestop (Sunrider), you almost lost a sale. Can't imagine how many you get back because of this problem. You might want to update your video and educate your customer service personnel.

Reviewed previously and mentioned missing hardware. Contacted customer service; within 72 hours had the needed parts. Love the top and has gotten easier to latch/unlatch as the weather stripping compressed. No leaks. No significant change on road noise. Worth it. Very pleased. Highly recommend.

After almost 2 months of use, I can say that I love the Sunrider. Hard top with no space to store it if I remove. Easy install. No need to hire out. For the first two weeks, it was difficult to open up, but the fabric stretches out and it's very easy now. I've opened it at stop lights and when traffic stopped on the highway. Takes a matter of seconds. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the noise at higher speeds. It's significantly higher than the sound dampened hard panels, but to put it in perspective, I took the panels off maybe 5 times over the first year I owned my Bronco. By contrast, I've popped this open to drive around the corner. It's just so easy. A great purchase, that lets drive the way I want to drive.
