I take this every day as part of an ongoing detox due to some medication that otherwise makes me feel very ill.It works wonders, thats all I can say.The chlorella is supposed to bind with toxins and pull them out of the blood stream/digestive system, and it is the only detox supplement I've tried that had nearly instant results to mitigate toxic side effects from medication.10-15 tablets before eating seems to have the best result for me.Great value and great product, Swanson Greenfoods Chlorella works as well as the pricier ones and I think I've tried them all now!

I am on my second bottle. I think this seems to be a great product for the money. I am using it because I am a senior citizen and it helps remove toxins from the body and builds the immune system. I am happy with this product.

I love this chlorella! I have been using this for over a year now. I origionally bought this because it was the best value, but just because it is the best value does not mean it is not good. Over the course of the year I have taken this consistantly for a while, then stopped for a bit because, well, i am a procrastinator and had put off reordering. Not anymore! I could notice a difference when I stopped this supplement. This has helped my anxiety and energy levels. I take this faithfully for heavy metal detox. I am not sure how and why this works, but as long as I keep feeling great, I'll take it!

This is the best deal I've found on Broken Cell Wall Chlorella. It is a better price even than buying direct from Swanson. If you are looking at this product you know it's benefits and that it is truly a must-have supplement.I have but one concern and that is quality control. The first bottle I got was direct from Swanson. The pills were dark green and seemed very potent. Then I found them for a better price on Amazon. However, the batch I received from Amazon was a light color and seems like it may not be quite as potent. I do not detect the fishy aftertaste another reviewer mentioned.All in all a good deal, if you get a good batch. A pricier yet higher quality alternative that I have tried and recommend is Kyoto Chlorella 200 mg 1500 Tabs.

I use broken cell wall chlorella in conjunction with spirulina as a diet supplement. I've heard it said that if a person had to they could survive indefinitely off this stuff although it would be expensive to do so. I take 4 to 6 of each along with a big glass of water about 30 minutes before a meal; I try do do this before every meal. From this a person gains nutrients and I might even find that I am less hungry when I do sit down for my meal. The only issue I really have is that I consider it expensive for long term use. In addition, with regular use three times a day it helps eliminate gastrointestinal type odors - that can come in handy in a variety of ways and situations. Could make a potentially embarrassing situation a non-problem.......Who can't benefit from that?

I can immediately tell the difference once its in my system.Swanson is where i buy ALL of my supplements and vitamins. They aleays arrive before the estimated tine and the prices are low for the quantity i receive.

I love this supplement, but found it very difficult to swallow. The pills are large and they stick in my throat on the way down. I've found a solution that is working well for me. I put a couple of drops of maple syrup on each pill and now they slide right down! I happen to like the maple taste as well...
