Below was my previous review… very happy to now report that I was FINALLY able to to get replacement lids for the cups I have. I use my cup specifically for coffee. I noticed some reviews complained of the leakage. I had a similar issue until I discovered that the black rubber washer inside of the lid must be completely flat. The cup leaks only when it gets twisted/ isn’t lying flat properly. The only other thing with the cup is the inside is now completely stained from the coffee. The bottom looks like the color has been stripped. But overall I feel whole again with a lid that works.I love the cup! But where can I get replacement lids?????????!!!! I have searched EVERYWHERE, and I can't find any that assures the right fit for the mugs. I now have 4 of them and only one lid! For Pete's sake please sell the replacement lids. The cups are useless without lids!!! Please reply to this!Signed,Hands up in the air!

I've had this mug for a year. This was my go-to mug and I used it almost every day. The only reason I don't is I broke the lid and I don't see a way to order a replacement.When the lid is fully secured it doesn't quite line up perpendicular to the handle, however it's not that far off and doesn't affect my ability to use the mug. The paint has started chipping, however I have dropped this off the top of my car multiple times and don't follow the recommended washing instructions. So I figure a few chips isn't too bad.Overall I have been very happy with this mug. It keeps my coffee hot for hours and it'll keep ice for most of the day. It's also one of the few insulated mugs with a handle that fits in just about every cup holder I've encountered. This has made it my daily driver for a year. Will buy again.

Been using this cup all summer .nice size , keeps my iced coffee nice and cold on hot days. Found ice in cup overnight when left out in house . Love the handle and size, also fits well in car cup holder. Good deal.

I wanted an affordable mug with a handle and screw lid. This was only one that I could find in a decent price range. Wish I could have gotten it in a larger capacity as I need to refill this one too frequently.
