Brought this CCTV (C3WN model) after trying out other cctv camera. I am using these since 3 years nowand they are working very good.I am using this with Wifi but this has ethernet jack to be used with wires as well. It works without NVR, and has dedicated app for multiple platforms. I have tried the android app, windows app and tv app. they work great and get continuous updates unlike the cctv camera ones that I brought before.These camera also support onvif, so I was able to setup my own NVR on my server and they work flawlessly there too. Using it with wired internet without NVR. Video quality is very good for day and night both. It has an option to turn the infrared light off if the area is illuminated with street light. This feature is great as it produces much better images than with infrared light turned on. Phone app is basic but sufficient and works fine if the camera is connected to wifi/internet. Quality of the recording is decent and without any lags. Area covered is more than enough. Audio quality is extremely poor. You mostly will never know what is being said.As said by other user, you can not download any videos on your phone through app. This is a huge drawback and everytime you want to see a pre recorderd clip, it burns your data and wifi both. You must remove the memory card, connect it to PC and copy all the clips. And while you do that, camera won't be recording anything. I'm not sure what was the logic behing this implementation.The camera does not have PoE. It has ethernet cable only for data. So you must have a separate 5A power plug where you want to install the camera. It also does not support OnVIF protocall so probably it will not work with other manufacturer's NVRs.AP mode is extremely restricted. If the camera is not connected to wifi/wired internet, you can only see live feed on you phone app. Previous recording can not be seen, any other settings of the camera can not be changed. AP mode is a perfect example of useless implementation. You must stand near the camera, connect it to your phone in AP mode, use the ezviz app to see live feed? Really? You are already there and seeing everything with your own eyes. Do not buy this if you can not connect it to wifi/wired internet.With internet, it's a very good and feature rich.

Good product but now price increased

I am writing to express my deep frustration regarding the ongoing issues with my Ezviz camera, which has been non-functional for the past five months. I purchased this product six months ago, it works few dats and stop working.I have provided videos to support team demonstrating the problem, and I was informed that the issue lies with the microSD cards. However, the same cards function perfectly in my other Ezviz cameras, of which I purchased three.After months of communication with support team, I have not received any constructive solutions. Last week, I received a response stating that the issue needs to be checked with the vendor from whom I purchased the product. However, my dealer has directed me to the service center, which is not available in India. They mentioned that I must Visit with the Hikvision service center, but they in turn have advised me to continue working with your support team.This cycle of communication has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel like I am getting no closer to a resolution and no support from last 5 months...…..If your product stop working then you will never get any warranty for Ezviz cameras. Purchase on your own risk as these products having no support & no service Centre in India.

It works good.1. HD quality in day time is fine. At night the HD quality slightly varies but its fine.2. The faces can be recognizable in both both day & night time.3. I have a flood light installed near the camera so my Night vision doesn't switch on at night but the vision is pretty clear.4. The Audio reception is amazing.5. Vehicle registration number in slightly readable at my installed height.6. A decent internet speed of atleast 7-8mbps ( As examined near my camera location with speed tester) is sufficient to get flawless visual.7. Motion detection in this device is pretty good.Final opinion: It's a must have device.
