Q: I want thin socks. What do.u recommend?

These are very good socks. 4 pair per package. They are not real thin like dress socks. They definately are not thick like freezing weather. Actually they are just right for all year long. They are comfortable. They do not bind or restrict blood flow. There are no indent lines on my legs when I remove them. Worth the extra money.

Q: Can women wear these socks?

I tried on the socks that I bought for my husband. They're very comfortable . I am going to order black for me. I wear a 10 shoe and have a wide leg so I'm ordering the men's 13-15.

Q: Are they really extra wide?

Yes, they are wider than regular socks. My ankles swell to about 12-13 inches. But if you really need wider sock look up a company called wide socks. They are also thicker cotton than medi pedi. I use both.
