Q: How can I send back the 2 igniter? I received a 120v but needed 12v

Q: Its 12v continues duty?

This does not work of a 12 volts source. It works of 120 volts A/C then it amplify to a higher voltage ( 40k-60K) to create an electrical arc/spark on the electrodes to ignite the oil.

Q: Will this replace #746001 igniter ?

Unfortunately, I do not know. I did a one for one replacement with the Beckett 51771U
