I like how effective they are, I haven't experienced any side effects, they have no taste, they're easy to swallow and so far no stomach discomfort. I can't tell if it helped my sleep quality, but it does seem to help with concentration.

Normally this is found in tea, but the capsule form is much more convenient to take and get a measured amount.I find it most effective when taken at the start of or immediately before a meal, or just before bed. Can be combined with GABA for even more glutamate-clearing. Especially important before meals that are heavy in things like soy sauce, or that include MSG.As a note: If you have developed a habit of ruminating as an automatic response to being tired (because stress and worry keep you awake... but then also keep you from sleeping) then this can make you feel aware of how exhausted you are. But you should be able to get some good hours in afterwards and feel actually refreshed.

People weren’t kidding when they said these capsules give you vivid dreams. I use this supplement to help my dog who can sometimes have leash reactivity. It has a calming effect but it is very easy on him. Vet said I can use every day.

Helps beautifully. Sleep is natural and waking up is a breeze! We also use this as an alternative to chemical medication for our autistic son!
