Great music staff writer
This is an excellent addition for any music teacher. It has smooth operation and good non smearing ink.

Amazing!!!
I teach k-8 general music, band, and chorus. This is a must have!!! I can't believe it took me this long to order one. I will say, the roll isn't perfect - there is the tiniest gap between cycles of the roll (zoom in on my photo), but it's not a big enough deal to me to dock a star or anything. It is large- good for elementary worksheets using notation or writing a note key at the top of a beginner band piece of sheet music (assuming you don't plan to erase it of course).

Love it
I bought this to create impromptu staves on cheap sketch paper for lessons. I love that the lines are wide enough that you can create giant note heads for helping people with poor eyesight see the music better. This and a ruler will give you an entire page of staves in under 5 minutes. My only complaint is the ink goes on super thick when you first press down and roll it, then thins out as you draw with it. Valuable product that I would definitely buy again

Easy staff lines, large size
This tool is great for younger piano students as the ledger lines are spaced apart more so than usual. Also, it was probably just me, but I could not figure out how to draft them in a straight line. Mine kept turning up or down resulting in curved staff lines. Probably easily fixable by just using a ruler along with it. Finally, there are small gaps (probably for measure lines). Suggestion for the manufacturer: for the next version, would love a smaller size and forced straight lines. Also, everyone’s writing and measure complexity is different, so not having gaps would be better (I.e., smooth staff lines, no gaps).
