DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
I purchased the 1/8 and the next size up (3/16). I don't believe these can even fit a baby's teeth. I so hate that I wasted my money. Even if I was able to fit them around my teeth, I think it would be too dangerous to wear anything this tight. I'm sorry that Ora-Band went out of business because no one else has gotten it right since! Don't Buy!!
