FOR THE MONEY NO COMPLAINTS
this isnt expensive so dont expect exact temp control. come people say there temp setting only works as on and off but i do have temp control as well as speed settings for the magnetic stirrer. this nifty device gets the job done for my MJ needs.

It's fair
For the price it's fine, heat is very intense but slow to change, mixes well at low to medium speed but the vibration at higher setting is unusable. If you have any are willing to spend much much more money go with a better one but this one performs well for the price and is easy enough to use.

Not worth the headache
Save your money and go digital. This unit is worse than the Anzeser I purchased. Didn't think that is possible. Spinner works okay. The temperature settings are terrible. Can't keep a temperature to settle after hours trying to set it. Stay away from these if temperature is very important.

Good if you are not worried about it catching on fire
Stirring works greatBad,Aluminum base...The temp. Potentiometer is trash... sometimes it works and most of the time it don't. And when it does you better be touching the know or it will boil everything even if the know is turned all the way down....

Had to return it because right away both were practically vibrating the beaker off!
