Worked like a charm for my 2021 Model3!
Nice short extender allows you to tuck it all inside the rear panel of the center armrest. No instructions included, make sure you follow guides online. you MUST sit in your car, with bluetooth/wifi/Data off. Turn off sentry, Overheat protection, go to safety and shut down the car. Wait at least 5 minutes until you hear the contactor "thunk" and disconnect the high voltage battery... then make sure you touch no buttons, seatbelts, doors etc, and disconnect the harness and plug this in the middle of it.Failure to do so will result in a bad day.

Simple and effective
This simple, low cost wiring harness makes it much easier to read voltages than wiring your own. The OBD2 port works best with the OBDLink MX+ bluetooth device. Make sure you follow directions on Youtube. You have to use the "Shutdown" button on the main display before disconnecting the white connectors.

Worked a bit but then no connection
Stopped working and my app says the ECU is not connected. I think the tiny exposed wiring is vulnerable to breaking. Not robust.
