Good Stuff
I have been having meals from HF trying out different things and this was one of the new ingredients I tried, loved it so now have a full size in my cupboard as it adds depth of flavour to the dish being made.

Great simple sauce
Very very nice sauce. Simple to use. Sweet but not a cloying sweetness. Very very spicy - but not so much that you lose flavour. Heartily recommend this. I personally found the amount in the packet to be perfect for one person. I expect it would be fine for two but you will need more packets for more people. I used 3 for 4/5 people.

Good but expensive
Is good and would recommend it, however if you manage to find it in the shop buy it from there as it can be even half price.

Delicious Marinade
Saw James Martin & guest raving about this, and thought I'd try it. Delicious used on chicken or beef. Very different to most marinades ... lots of umami

Flavour is okay.
Far too runny for my liking, not what I was expecting for the high cost. Needs to be a thicker, more condensed flavour and texture. Taste was okay.
