Works as advertised. This unit looks exactly like the one I just replaced even though it was purchased from another source. The problem with the last one was an exposure of wires just behind the plug you put in the laptop. Be careful how you handle this unit - handle with care. In my case, the biggest problem will be the length of the cord - needs to be much longer.
