What a cheat ….They say copper wire but it’s copper cotted wire.
The media could not be loaded. Also it says ip66 water resistant but in description it says ip44And only 15 meters camera clarity coverage

I tried to rectify an issue of a camara but no response from duck link. I contated several times on the mob. No. given by amazon support no attending the same the damaged camara is now ideling

The NVR for the camera has stopped working after 4 days of running. No support from Amazon or the DeckLink team. This is insane.
