Q: My hand measures 9.5 inches around under the knuckles without wraps and 8 inches from wrist to middle finger, would 18 ounce fit me or even 16 ounc?

Either one should fit. My hand is 10 inches and the 18 oz fit me perfectly. I'd call it players choice with your hand size.

Q: I m looking a boxing training glove with wide hand compartment. The circumference of my hand is 10'' .Which model and size are recommended ?

Windy are not good gloves. The right side never fit right and after two months the right velcro kept coming off. The same thing happened with my friend with the right side of his gloves. I'd recommend Fairtex. Those lasted me over a year and I train 5 days a week with long hours of training.
