I’ve almost finished the bottle, and I’m here to order another one, because this is a great product. I’m using it as part of my daily vitamin supplement routine for immune health. My teens came down with a nasty flu bug, which I would have usually gotten too, and I never caught it from them. I haven’t been sick in forever, thanks to my great immune system. I mix this with a little water. You can put it directly under your tongue, which I did the first time I took it, but it burns because of the sugar alcohol in it. I didn’t like that, and it has a strong alcohol taste to it, like a shot of liquor, which I don’t like the taste of, but it’s okay mixed with water. It also has a strong licorice taste, which overpowers the pine taste, and I’m a fan of licorice, so that’s good. I was very impressed by the card enclosed with it, a caring and heartfelt message from Noelle, and I love supporting her small business. I would definitely recommend this to others. This was a great addendum to my daily supplement regimen and I haven't gotten sick at all since. Anyone worried about vaxxed shedders has detox protection also so that is a bonus.

I actually liked the taste of it. I had a cough for past few years now. After reading so many comments that it does help with a cough, I decided to give it a try. And it did work. Really after couple of days the cough went away. I stopped taking it for few days and it came back but very little . So I went back to taking it and it totally stopped. It has been about a week now since I stopped taking the extract. My cough went away. Cheers .
