100093769 Genuine OEM American Water Heaters Electronic Control Board And 100341931 Control Panel Cover

OK, so I notified the seller that the cover was missing, they offered to send the cover or refund 20 bucks, I took the refund which they executed immediately. This replaced an older model board, had to drill a hole though the plastic partition to compensate for the red wire being short, also drilled a hole in the old cover for the reset button. It was all fairly straightforward and working great now.

There was a slight problem with shipping, but Customer Service took great care to straighten it out, keeping communication open all the time and Product is working flawlessly.

First of all, I ordered this control panel with the cover plate. It showed up without the cover plate. I called and left 3 messages for Plumber's Paradise and my calls were never returned. I also tried contacting them trough Amazon but no response. I needed to get my water heater working again so I installed it without returning it. Worked fine for about 3 1/2 months and now it's giving me a startup failure flash. Very irritating.
