Feels well constructed and is working fairly well. Setup wasn’t too difficult but the instructions could be better. I don’t know if it’s supposed to come with a sleeve but I received a second box inside the Amazon packaging and it was a black cover for the lock itself. Great little bonus touch to this aesthetically pleasing device.Only wish I would’ve noticed the “Plus” version as adding the ability to use my phone to unlock would’ve been nice.

I purchased this fingerprint padlock in March 2025, and while it initially worked well, it has now become unreliable. Despite always being kept in its waterproof sleeve, the fingerprint function stopped working after some rainfall. It now only opens with the key.Given that this padlock is advertised with an IP65 weatherproof rating, I expected it to withstand normal outdoor conditions. Failing after just 6 weeks of use is both disappointing and unacceptable for a product marketed as durable and weather-resistant.

Great item; owned it for over two years with no problems. Battery life is still great.

Just got this lock and so far so good. One thing that I did not realize is that this does not work with the iOS app (I'm also assuming Android). All the inputs are on the lock. The lock that works with the app is the more expensive product. I wish they would have made this clearer.

Been using this lock for a month now..And so far it’s been unbelievable not one miss, from setup to the smoothness of the action.. using a few times a day it’s still on the first battery charge..And the included silicone cover works great …..

I wanted a small padlock for lockers at the fitness center. It was a nuisance to be hot, tired, or soaking wet and pull out a key. I've had it for about 2 weeks and it's great. Just put your finger on the pad, a green light comes on, and you can open it. It does come with metal keys just in case there are problems. I would absolutely buy it again!

Edit: I bought 2 of these locks originally. They are used on my work trailer. One of them has stopped talking a charge now, but I'll replace it with an identical lock. This is the exception you've been looking for.I'm a tile setter, which means that during work my hands are always wet, and routinely covered with mortar, waterproof caulk adhesive. I've been using these locks on my trailer for over a year, and they've NEVER failed to open for me. Yep, even in the rain. On a train. By a plane. Over here. Over there. Yep, these will open anywhere.It generally takes about 1 second for it to read my print, and internally release. I'm so impressed that I've had dozens of coworkers try their print to see if it was secure. Absolutely secure, only my prints will work. Nice backup key (the battery needs to be charged every 6-9 months with daily use)They're expensive, but if you're looking for a fast, secure lock, this is the best one.
