Great Stuff
I have always wondered why we only use Maple Trees for this purpose. I researched this fact and came upon the Hickory product and I love it and am looking for other hardwood products. Lets get all our wonderful hardwood trees in the act.

Good stuff on salmon.
When grilling salmon coat the piece lightly with this syrup in the final minute of cooking. Really adds to the flavor.
