Strap tighteners, belt loop snaps and D rings are metal. Chest buckle is plastic. I purchased this and the cheaper brand (Complete knock off) and the cheap brand was all plastic.

It fits around like belt keeper.

Q: you know is i can find one in brown?

Never seen one in brown only black.
