How are these clubs being measured. looking for a set of clubs for someone who is 6' 2"

The specs I read show these clubs to be 1/2” longer then regular clubs and my club fitting recommended this length for me 6’2”

do clubs 2 & 3 come with covers?

I do not have those 2 clubs. But the only club I received that had a cover was the putter.
