It took me 3 tries before I could get this book. Idk what was happening with the seller and the shipping but I’m just glad I got it and it was in immaculate condition.

Bookclub
Even thought this was a bookclub list read, it was quick and the second half of this novella was the easiest. The main voice has a lot of personal demons. It is definitely an Essentialist writing and you must really think about the deeper meaning of the words and actions. I will admit I never came to sympathize the protagonist (?), but it was a good read.

the red and black paperback is printed too close to the margin
the red and black paperback version of this is printed too close to the margin. It is difficult to open the book wide enough to read because the words are in the spine of the book. would recommend finding another print version

A must read classic
Dostoyevsky was definitely a great writter,Notes from Underground was actually a great read.I was interested in literature and really liked reading read his great works.This is an amazing read that will have you hanging on page by page.
