This does an excellent job, looks great, works well with different textures of cardstock and mats, acid free, great for archival work that you know won't get discolored. I love that you can also get the refills for these applicators to save money and reduce waste.

The product works as described, but these run out so quickly… I’m actually shocked. I can barely get through one project, and it’s not like I’m taping down very much. I use a dab in each corner. These aren’t worth the cost. I’ll stick to a glue stick.
