I can’t imagine using anything else from the store. You can tell this olive oil is great quality, especially for an Amazon purchase. It smells amazing and works great for cooking or serving as is to dip. I don’t find it much more expensive than the big bottles of fake stuff at the store. This seems healthy and the real deal.

I do a lot of cooking & cook recipes from all 7 continents! I learned a long time ago that you NEVER buy olive oil in a plastic container! This is packaged in a heavy, dark glass bottle & comes from Florence, Italy & is cold-pressed within 4 hours after picking! The flavor is the best you’ll ever experience! It might appear to be a little spendy, but when have several hours into a cooking project like velveted, fusion Chinese fried rice only to have it turn out tasting like it’s soured & stale… you’ll be happy you bought this brand of olive oil!I have 3 kids & they hate eating out at a restaurant! They complain about restaurant quality food and almost always say… “Can’t we just stay home and you make something that tastes delicious, scrumptious & good?I’ve been cooking for over 30 years & hate to go to restaurants, too! Gordon Ramsay’s restaurants are the exception!Long story…short, I have what many might consider a kitchen full of expensive equipment!I think that all you need, to get a big jump on your recipes, is a great pan, good ingredients & the Virgeen brand of olive oil!Try it & use it in numerous recipes! It’s tasted fresh and sweet scent that tells high quality. Very good product.

I just received my second bottle. I ordered the exact same bottle as I did last time. After opening it, i noticed that the polyphenols are lower than the previous bottle. This was not mentioned in the description. It was $60 this time, but last time it was less money with more polyphenols. This makes no sense. I took pictures of the old bottle and the one I received today. The bottle on the left is the original bottle with 8.98 polyphenols, the new one on the right has 7.71 polyphenols. If you care about the difference, you might rethink.I’ll keep it this time because it’s still the best tasting and best quality I can find. Hope this helps.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:This stuff is definitely high in polyphenols. I put the stuff on everything. I don’t overdo it, but it definitely keeps me regular and tastes good too.

This is a very high quality olive oil, high in phenols. I recommend it for salads and other dishes. It is too precious to cook with, but of course you could. I highly recommend, especially if you are an olive oil connoisseur.
