Phulkas made with this are not as soft as expected
We normally buy Aashirvaad's multigrain flour or Pillsbury's. This time around, their 1KG packets were unavailable on Fresh, so we decided to go with Organic Tattva as we've been happy with their other products. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the softness in our phulkas that we get with the other brands. The taste also ended up being sub-optimal.
