My dog loves these Skinneeez toys! We have bought her several because she loves them so much. She walks around with one in her mouth like it's the best toy ever. We play fetch with it and she runs back squeaking it with excitement! She is not an aggressive chewer but she does chew on them a little and they hold up pretty good! I just ordered two more that arrived today. The duck has a defect. The squeaker in the body of the duck barely squeaks, she can't get it to squeak with her mouth. The head/neck still squeaks though. I think we have bought 5 of these and this is the first one with this issue. I am sure I could return it for another one but I have already given it to her and she has laid claim on it. :)

I bought this because my 9 year old Shih Tzu loves the ones just like this from Meijer. This one is longer than those which she doesn't mind but one of the squeaker came not working the best. After only a few minutes of play (she doesn't have the strongest bite anymore and she is always gentle with her toys) and neither of the sqeaukers wouldn't squeak anymore. Super bummed.

My dog has a dozen toys but after receiving this a month ago he will ALWAYS bring this realistic looking squirrel toy.PROS: It's tough on the outside and looks fairly realistic.CONS: Like ..well ... every other toy I've ever bought the squeakers only lasted a couple of days.NOTES:: I would like to see an even bigger version of this.Your dog will love this thing.

This is my little Hugo's favorite toy by far! We found one in a little shop in Chicago and my little Yorkie just loved it. The squeaker wore out so, I had my daughter (who lives in Chicago) go back there and by the rest in the shop (only a couple left) because I couldn't find any here locally in Nebraska. After about a year of playing with them daily, they eventually all wore out, and I couldn't find them at any pet store or in the little shop in Chicago. Finally I googled a description of the "ducky" and found them on Amazon. Hugo has a basket full of all kinds of toys, but he always hops in the basket and digs out the "ducky". He can squeak it easily and the shape is very easy for him to get a grip on, also the texture is very appealing to him. Many times I will be working in the office and have to get up to see if he is actually squeaking it or if my husband is. It's always the dog. I would recommend this product to everyone! Even though the squeaker is always the first to go, it lasts fairly long considering all the use (and abuse) it gets. The duck itself has never wore out or fallen apart. I hope they always make them because it makes my little friend very happy!

This is the 3rd time ordering this exact model by the exact manufacturer. The first 2 were very durable and, considering the amount of play and use, was worth the money. This last purchase for this item will be my last purchase from this manufacturer. The white belly material is a flimsy piece of cloth that would not be able to withstand just holding it in my dog's mouth. The squeakers on the last 2 squirrels was a strong, durable plastic with a more rubbery consistency. The squeakers in this last squirrel was made of a thin, unforgiving consistency that didn't have a chance of surviving. I just hope that my dog is able to pass the pieces of plastic he ate before we realized that this was not made to withstand the licking and chewing of our Shorkie. Come on guys, these toys should be able to withstand a little chewing. Why would you cut costs at the expense of our beloved dogs health? You had a good thing. Should've stuck to it.

My dog loves to play fetch with this toy. She carries it everywhere with her, even when she wants to play fetch with her favorite ball. I've replaced it when she eventually chews through the material.

I’ve bought a few of this same duck as my dog loves it. However, buying online proves to be a challenge because there isn’t a way to know if both squeakers will work when you get it. It’s all about the squeakers for my dog.

I have purchased at least 6 of these toy squirrels in the past 5 years. Very durable. No stuffing to scatter or worry about my dog ingesting. My dog is a terrier mix and this is her favorite toy. Two squeakers ensure plenty of noise, so beware if you're looking for a quiet toy. She weighs 55 lbs and is rough on toys, but these last an average of 6-8 months. I keep a new one stored so when she finally wears one out or punctures the squeakers (very difficult as they are made of a tough rubber material). Very pleased with this product and will continuing buying them.
