Saw a review that said they could not hook it up to a garden hose. These people should not be buying a 24 inch Surface Cleaner. The machine needed to run this has to move at least 6 gallons of water per minute. You cannot run this big of a Surface Cleaner off a cheap pressure washer from Home Depot. And if you do, you need to make sure you have the right nozzles in it. If your machine only puts out 3 gallons per minute, you need to make sure that each nozzle in the Surface Cleaner only allows one gallon per minute through it. That way, the three nozzles on the Surface Cleaner equal 3 gallons per minute. The output of your pressure washer has to match the output of your Surface Cleaner. You do that by installing the proper nozzles. If you only have a 2 and 1/4 gallon per minute pressure washer from Home Depot, make sure you use .75 gallon per minute nozzles. Don't leave bad reviews if you don't know what you're talking about. I have a 6 gallon a minute machine. That's more than most houses will put out from their Wells or city water. Most pressure washers have 6 to 10 gallon per minute machines. Not what you can buy at Lowe's.

The jets did not work. I've been trying to get a replacement with no luck. I lost a 300$ job due to this equipment malfunction...

Got no instructions on how to put together, had to use enlarged photos of product. Can't figure out how to attach garden hose!

We ordered this item 2 separate times and both times it hasn’t worked has no pressure at all

The media could not be loaded. The trigger leaked,right out the box. Contacted the manufacturer. Waiting to hear back from them about a replacement.Manufacturer would not respond to my complaint. Stay away from this surface cleaner.

Bought this and it hardly spins . Running a brand new 3.5gpm at 3500 psi . If anyone can fill me in on if it's something I'm doing would be great.
