LEGO Creator Park Street Townhouse 31065 Building Toy

Just finished this build last night. My 5 year old daughter and I have a thing for Legos. I guess its our bonding time. Legos are great, but they are just to darn expensive. Wish they could be a little less expensive.

The main townhouse build is a great display piece and playground for your city minifigures! The build itself take a while to get going because have to first unload and then sort all the pieces at once, since they can't do the numbered bags since you could build and of 3 possibilities. Once it gets going it's a lot of fun.Two minifigures and one scooter. The man in the striped suit is great - really detailed and different for LEGO. The woman figure looks really bad and boring, like a knockoff Lisa Simpson as an adult. Luckily I have too many figures to deal with already so I'm not "stuck" with the figures included here.I hope LEGO makes more of these 3-in-1 buildings, like this and Corner Cafe, since they are a great and cost-effecient alternative to the full-size modular building series. I'd love to have those but I just don't have the space for them. This one is just perfectly sized.

Very nice house! My 7 years old son loves it. Happy I was able to buy it when its price was down.

With this set, what you see is what you get. A basic town house for that price is a good deal, but children might get bored because there is not much action with this set.

I like the detail and the versatility of having three plans for one set.

I like the Townhouse series...

Probably my favorite Creator build. Terrific detail, clever, thoughtful attention from "basement" to roof. Modern and adorable. A must-own in the line.
